We are rarely able to make exceptions, so the following terms apply:

CANCELLATION PERIODS POLICY:

Cancellation more than 90 days before arrival – FULLY REFUNDABLE

Cancellation between 90 and 31 days before arrival – 50% REFUNDABLE

Cancellation 30 days or fewer before arrival – NON-REFUNDABLE

All cancellation periods are calculated from the scheduled arrival date.

If a guest does not arrive for their reservation, the total booking value will remain payable and non-refundable.

If a guest checks in and chooses to leave early, no refund will be provided for any unused nights.

Once a reservation has been cancelled, confirmation will be sent by email.
