By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement, and are not barred from accessing or using our Services under any applicable law.
Anti-Social Behaviour
Regarding Guest Visits to Swish Holiday Apartments:
We want all our guests to enjoy their stay at Swish Holiday Apartments. Please be considerate of others at all times. Excessively loud music and the use of portable speakers are not permitted after 10pm. Abusive or disruptive behaviour towards staff or fellow guests will not be tolerated.
We reserve the right to enter apartments if necessary and may ask guests to leave without a refund if they are causing a disturbance.
Account Registration
To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as needed. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for any activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or use of your account.
User Conduct
As a condition of your use of our Services, you agree not to:

Access or use another user’s account without their permission.
Use any automated means, including bots, crawlers, or scripts, to access, scrape, or extract data from our Services, or to create multiple accounts, except as explicitly permitted by Swish Group.
Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, or display any part of our Services or any content provided therein, without our express written permission.
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our Services, or to otherwise derive any source code, algorithms, methods, or techniques used in our Services.

All content, trademarks, service marks, logos, and other intellectual property displayed or provided through our Services are the property of Swish Group or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our Services for your personal, non-commercial use.
Some images on our website may have been drawn from publically accessible sources (Google Images, Social Media etc.). If you believe that an image on Our Site has been used incorrectly, please inform us, and we will remove it where appropriate or add suitable credits. We will not entertain any demands or claims referring to any content we have published that has been acquired from publically accessible sources.
