Searching for luxury apartments in Blackpool, I discovered Swish, offering the most amazing Luxury Blackpool Accommodation.
It was my son’s 14th birthday, and we wanted to treat him and a mate, to a VIP experience. The Grandstand apartment, with its private cinema, games room and stunning en-suite bedrooms provided the perfect venue.
The three double bedrooms, elegantly and opulently decorated, complete with marble bathrooms and luxurious rainshowers, were spotless and prepared with premium linen and towels. Bliss.
The open plan kitchen and living space featured eye-catching art, instagrammable lighting and an epic glass ceiling, plus an 85inch TV screen (one of many in the apartment!). It leads directly onto a small courtyard with outdoor table and chairs. I can only imagine how nice that would be in summer.
With so many local restaurants and delivery options to choose from, we were spoilt for choice, but still made the most of the brand-new induction hob to fry up an obligatory bacon sandwich on Sunday morning. There was even a selection of premium coffees to choose from, and my freshly brewed coffee on Saturday morning with complimentary cookies was a highlight of the weekend.
The cinema was certainly the star of the weekend – with Amazon, Disney, Netflix on tap, providing a huge catalogue of films and YourTube videos to watch, plus an easy connection to our Firestick and PS5. My youngest loved the retro games machine, and we spent a number of hours playing Donkey Kong. Brilliant fun.
Luxury Blackpool Accommodation
Incredibly, this luxury Blackpool accommodation is even dog friendly – with a top of the range dog bowl and treats provided, so our excitable cockerpoo was in heaven. Ideally situated near the Cliffs tram-stop, the apartment is nestled next to the promenade, close to the beach – perfect for a bracing February dog walk, and within easy access of the Blackpool Tower, Pleasure Beach and attractions.
In keeping with the VIP theme, we visited Madame Tussauds, meeting Marvel heroes, music legends and of course, Blackpool’s own Strictly Come Dancing Team and Coronation St stars. So, we really did party like celebrities this weekend.
With a fully charged car courtesy of the free to use EV charge point on the front drive, we headed home with hundreds of photos and memories from this exceptional weekend.
